Fresh works with brokers and companies to secure access to capital raises. We have relationships with hundreds of listed companies and >60 brokerage relationships.

In a typical capital raise brokers will be engaged to help fill the allocation. The sales desks within the firm will work with their client lists to generate bids.

Through our network we form a similar relationship - either with the broker, referring broker or company directly - acting as an independent group that finds and verifies interested investors. We receive the same fee as any other sales desk would receive, no additional cost for the investor, the broker or the company.
